Coach

My name is Olanis Sanchez and I have been involved in volleyball for more than 12 years, playing both indoor and beach volleyball in competitive and recreational settings, including varsity volleyball in high school and continued tournament and coed play. My experience as a player has developed my communication, teamwork, discipline, and leadership skills and has naturally carried into coaching. As a coach, I enjoy helping athletes strengthen their fundamentals, build confidence, and develop a genuine love for the game while creating a positive, structured, and fun environment that emphasizes teamwork, sportsmanship, and individual growth.
