Camps & Clinics

Each clinic will be run by Grace Perry and Ally Lynch, two of MVAs best coaches. Grace and Ally are both volleyball players at Belmont Abbey and currently coach our top U13s team. They have lead their team to the gold division every tournament this season and have a proven track record for developing fundamentals with their knowledge of the game and contagious energy. These spring clinics are designed to teach, improve and challenge each player. Two clinic options are being offered to cater to the current level of each athlete.

Beginner Registration

Beginner (one year or less of club experience)

Mondays April 13th - May 4th

7:30-9:00

Our beginner clinic is structured to help facilitate a broader knowledge of the fundamentals needed to play volleyball at a high level. The clinic will focus on ball control, over hand serving and proper mechanics while playing game like drills in a fun learning environment. This clinic is for players age 9-12, who have little to no club experience and are new to learning the fundamentals of the game. (Older athletes with no volleyball experience are encouraged to attend the beginner clinic)

Intermediate

Wednesdays April 15th - May 6th

7:30-9:00

This clinic is designed for club players who want to keep their skills up in the off season, or for those who want some extra reps! Coaches will incorporate college drills and advanced training that will help prepare each athlete for the season ahead, while challenging them and showing them a little glimpse of what its like to play at the next level. This clinic is for players who have some club volleyball experience and are ready to compete in fast paced drills.

High School Boys Clinic

This clinic is designed for club players who want to keep their skills up in the off season, or for those who want some extra reps! June 8-11 Summer Camp

Camp will be run by Chelsea Mead. Chelsea was an all-conference player in college, helping lead her team to the NCAA tournament every year. Coaching is now her full time passion and she currently has over 20 years of coaching experience. She has trained athletes of all levels and currently is the club director of Masters Volleyball Academy. 

Summer camp is designed to teach, improve and challenge each player.

Ages 13 & Under and All players with no club experience

9:00am-12:00pm

Ages 14 & Older with consistent overhand serving

12:30pm-3:30pm
