Pre-Tryout Clinics


Come get some pre tryout work in and meet our coaching staff! Each session will provide an opportunity to compete with feedback from our knowledgeable coaching staff! This is an awesome opportunity to show off your skills before tryouts!

10s - 14s on 10/4, 10/11 and 10/18 at Garrison Forest School from 4-5:45PM.

15s - 18s on 10/4, 10/11 and 10/18 at Garrison Forest School from 5:45-7:30PM.

    When: October 12th and 19th

    4ht-7th Grade: 8:00-9:00am*

    U13-U14: 9:00-10:30am

    U15-U18: 10:45am-12:15pm



    Where: Mercy High School


    *4th-7th was added to accomodate younger athletes or new players who would benefit from more instruction with a volleylite ball and a lower net. 

    7th grade players with experience are encouraged to attend the 9am session.

Come learn from former Division I athletes and coaches!


🏐 Hitting with Coach Kayani
A former Illinois outside hitter and Division I coach, Coach Kayani will focus on footwork, arm swing speed, transition, timing, and tempo.

🏐 Setting with Coach Grace
A former Coppin State setter, Coach Grace will focus on footwork, hand contact, quick release, location, and tempo.


Each session is limited to 12 players, giving athletes plenty of reps and individual feedback.

Dates: October 4, 11, and 18
