Coach Holly began playing volleyball in the 6th grade. She played throughout school and at the club level at NC Volleyball Academy in Raleigh, NC. An injury prevented her from playing at the college level, but she did not want to leave the game behind. She attended Appalachian State University, where she began her coaching career with the Appalachian Volleyball Club and was a student manager for the App State volleyball program. After graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in psychology, she moved to Monroe, Louisiana, to serve as a graduate assistant, pursuing a Master’s degree in Sport Management while working with the women’s volleyball program at the University of Louisiana Monroe. She is now the JV head coach at Lake Wylie High School.
Coach Holly loves helping athletes grow as both people and players. She enjoys seeing athletes reach their goals, build confidence, and develop a passion for volleyball. She is excited for the upcoming season at MVA!
